With over 15 years experience in leadership and sales experience in some of London’s most competitive sales environments, Emilie knows first-hand what it takes to be successful – whether that’s in a front-line sales role or as a board-level leader.
In 2012, she qualified as an executive coach at Henley Business School (rated in the top 1% of business schools worldwide) and uses her coaching approach to challenge existing thinking and to increase self-awareness & confidence.
Emilie has combined her sales & leadership experience and training expertise to provide impactful training solutions to help businesses across the service sector – from start ups to global brands like Marriott & Savills – to maximise the potential of their people and increase turnover.
Emilie lives in West London with her husband and two small children… in a house with a yellow front door.
Ruth began her career in business to business sales with EMAP before moving into the property industry in 2003. As well as working at Foxtons, she spent over ten years at Marsh & Parsons, running a multi-million pound department and team of 10 in the flagship office, before moving to their head office, where she specialised in Customer Relationship Management, systems and compliance.
Ruth blends her sales, customer service and leadership expertise with her practical CRM, systems and compliance knowledge, making her an excellent choice for rounded sales, customer service and leadership training.
Hailing from the North, Ruth brings boundless energy and a caring yet no-nonsense approach to all her workshops. She lives in West London with her husband and two young daughters.
Keir has helped people to craft and deliver their message, inspiring their audiences from Kensington to Kazakhstan to believe in a brand, product or a vision. He is a veteran of the conference circuit and an Ashridge accredited executive coach. He is driven by his passionately held belief that we can all be great communicators. He coaches, facilitates, mentors and trains individuals and groups for meetings, pitches, presentations and speeches. He has spent 20 years learning from, facilitating and leading conversations with individuals, groups and live audiences of thousands.
Nick is a Cambridge graduate, former professional poker player, sales professional, comedy writer and entrepreneur, who is now bringing his extraordinary experience into the world of sales training.
After graduating from Cambridge, Nick entered the world of sales beginning by selling advertising space and culminating in his role leading and developing a sales force dealing in Wealth Management solutions for high net worth clients in the City. Fast forward a few years and Nick made the bold decision to move to Las Vegas to spend time indulging his passion as a professional poker player playing high stakes cash poker and competing in the World Series.
Upon returning to the UK, Nick moved into broadcasting, working as both a comedy writer (on a host of shows including 8 out of 10 cats and Have I Got News For You) as well as a poker commentator, writer and TV host, commentating on some of the biggest events and presenting on numerous outlets, including Channel 4.
But with nerves of steel and a desire to earn, Nick returned to his sales & training routes, starting an online training business to help players improve their poker, which has grown to be the number one poker training company in the UK, with thousands of customers in over 60 countries and sales over $2.5 million.
Alongside running his poker training business, Nick now spends his time devoting more energy to helping individuals and companies build their own revenues and wealth.
Roxanne specialises in supporting women to find their authentic leadership voice, building their confidence and working with them to acknowledge their limiting beliefs and behaviours. Roxanne worked at Managing Partner level in the media industry so knows full well the challenges facing women operating at senior level. Roxanne is an ICF accredited coach as well as being Myers Briggs certified. Roxanne is also one of the few UK certified facilitators of Dr Brene Brown’s Daring Way work; a programme designed to explore the thoughts, emotions and behaviours that might be holding you back and identify new choices and practices to help move you towards a more authentic, resilient and brave way of leading.
Emel provides expert support to businesses that want to use social media to achieve their overall business and marketing goals. With 15 years spent working in fast-paced commercial environments, Emel combines her digital expertise with her business experience to build clear strategies that enable companies and individuals to build effective online profiles and engaged communities.
Emel excels at cutting through the noise and spotting critical opportunities for organisations to engage with key stakeholders. She uses a thoughtful approach to social media in tandem with wider digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on audience, brand tone, and employee advocacy.
Emel brings a love of culture, cuisine and “keeping it local” to all of her work and a particular enthusiasm for helping small businesses get themselves heard.

Nicky is the founder of React — the longest established provider of Mystery Shopping in the UK. Nicky built React on the principles of sound ethics, strong client relationships, and high standards of quality control which all lead to the delivery of highly credible programmes with actionable outputs. Nicky is a respected voice across the mystery shopping industry, and regularly acts as a spokesperson in the UK media (TV, radio and press).

Jill is currently President of MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association) Europe/Africa, and sits on the Global Advisory Board at Vice Chair. She has extensive experience in the Mystery Shopping sector, having created and managed programmes for blue chip companies across most retail sectors, most notably financial services, travel, government services, DIY, supermarkets, housing, department stores, health & beauty, telecoms, fitness and fashion. She has worked with clients such as Ikea, Virgin, Apple and Disney.
Away from work, Jill has a passion for sports and travel, and her Fantasy Football prowess is legendary!

Rob is a portrait & architectural photographer with a wealth of experience working across a host of clients, including HROwen, TFL, RAC, Savills, Hammerson, Zulu Fish, Marston Properties, Powerscourt, EMK Capital, Towergate and Prella Weinberg.
Rob has travelled the globe in his commitment to learn from the best, working with top London and US photographers such as Nels Israelson, Mark Saliger, Nick Meek, Frank Herholdt, Rob Payne, Will Sanders and Martin Evening, on adverting campaigns, films and television programmes such as Game of Thrones, Vikings, Sherlock Homes, Red 2, as well as in adverting for corporations such as HSBC, Barclays and Vanity Fair.
Rob now lives in Kingston with his wife and his favourite muse to date – his new bouncing baby boy.

Bjarte is a Norwegian born photographer and videographer specialising in editorials and advertising —his clients include Royal Bank of Scotland, Fizik and ING Bank, whilst his editorial work includes Newsweek, Time and Forbes.
Starting his career working for acclaimed international photographers such as Marco Grob and Julia Fullerton-Batten, he now works across portraits, lifestyle, urban landscape and still life to produce comprehensive content for his clients.
He lives in South West London with wife, children and an overexcited puppy. With family scattered across three continents, they are lucky enough to spend a lot of their spare time travelling and exploring.
